Ceiling Filter-mat

Being high-grade diffusion media widely used in painting industry, Cocel ceiling filter-mat can ensure homogeneousness of air-flow system in paint booth, and supply clean air required by painting technology.

Features :

1.Material: branded nonewoven with a fine thermally-bonded and anti-broken fiber blend for a high degree efficiency.

2.Structure: progressively structured toward the clean-air side, depth filtration effect, longer operation time;

3.Binder: specially tackified in depth; fiber breaking and fiber shedding avoided; particle-penetration averted with efficiency enhanced.

4.Scrim: structure is reinforced with PES scrim laminated to the clean-air side. 5.Chemical substance: Resistance to organic and volatilized, none silicon;

The above product is produced in European plant appointed by Cooca Technical data acc. to EN77/Ashrae52.76 Flammability class F1 based on DIN53438 *Can be cut at your request.
